INSTRUCTIONS & REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION
Application is to be completed by applicant. Only online applications accepted.
UPLOAD THE FOLLOWING IN THE ONLINE APPLICATION (LAST STEP).
1. Two letters of recommendation required: • One of the references should be from a school official, i.e teacher, counselor, coach,
administrator etc and the other from an employer, pastor, mentor etc
2. An essay (500 word minimum) on why you feel you should receive this scholarship
3. A copy of your transcripts
4. A recent head shot photograph (jpeg). Portrait, high-quality photos preferred
